Howdy!
I'm an Agronomy major/Ag Systems minor from Kress, TX, Class of 2015 at Texas A&M. I joined the Beta Nu chapter in the Fall of 2011 and have had the opportunity to serve one term as VNR-Planning, as well as on various committees. I also helped other create and organize the chapter's Ag Advocacy committee, which led to the creation of Farmers Fight, a campus-wide movement to advocate for agriculture on the Texas A&M campus. I am currently employed as a student worker for the Cotton program of the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service here in College Station. Upon graduation, I intend to pursue a career in production agriculture.
Alpha Gamma Rho has already provided me with countless opportunities to broaden the scope of my college experience, as well as numerous industry contacts and some great memories. I look forward to a lifetime of membership in Alpha Gamma Rho and the opportunity to give back to the Beta Nu chapter, for all the support it has given me.
Thanks and Gig 'em!
